Council Cargle

In addition to repertory theater in St. Louis and Detroit, Industrial films, and TV commercials, Council has worked for Quentin Tarantino in "Jackie Brown", Mel Damski in "Word of Honor" and Arthur Marks in "Detroit 9000".
He has been nominated three times for "Best Actor" by the Detroit Free Press, won the Lee Hills Award for his Distinguished Acting Career and the Sankofa Award for Theater Excellence in Acting (Plowshares Theater).  He also won Subscriber's Award for Best Actor as Troy in August Wilson's "Fences" at the Detroit Repertory Theater.
