Deflated, The "Portrait of the
Money-Dreaming Artist" is a shapeless mound of cloth and plastic. When
its blower is turned on. it begins to inflate to its full height of twelve
feet and reveals a scathing version of the artist as a deformed money-grubbing
wimp ready to prostitute his art for the dollar which lies at the center
of his heart. The rate of inflation can be controlled so that partial inflations
can be maintained until more money is donated.
