My Father, Gus Pallas, Striking a Hitchiking Pose.

Although my father stopped his schooling when he graduated from high school in the small hill town of Sanders, Kentucky (pop. 280), that wasn't the end of his "book learning". So I wasn't suprised when he turned my hitchiker into a compendium about travel.

He and Virginia, his wife, say goodbye to the hitchiker. My brother Rick took it up north (which, in Michigan, means anywhere outside of Detroit) and after some adventures, set it on its way to his younger brother Harry in Cincinatti.
